This project is for a fully build website. The initial Joomla site has already been installed and requires page generation and interlinking. A CSV download from a location will happen once each day which will update the database to which the information is taken from, There needs to be a component which will allow me to manually execute the download code to download and extract the tinfotrmation to the database and a second button to populate the site unless this can be done from the one command..
